These rules are clarifications and do not replace the terms of the agreement.

• Our system works on the principle of an exchange: all offers for sale and purchase are formed by our users. Users are guaranteed to be offered the most profitable buying and selling options. The system does not guarantee that after completing a transaction a more advantageous offer will not appear.
• Any user can sell any item in their inventory. Putting an item up for sale does not cause the item to be lost from your Steam inventory, but only indicates that you want to sell the item.
• After the buyer pays for the purchase, the seller will have to transfer the required item to our system within 5 minutes. If the item is transferred, then the transaction is considered completed, if the item is not transferred within 5 minutes, then the deal is cancelled. It is impossible to cancel a trade before reaching 5 minutes.
• The system cannot withdraw items to your Steam account if the exchange is blocked. The system is not responsible for any losses associated with this.
• Topping up your personal account is possible using various payment systems, replenishment occurs immediately after payment of the corresponding accounts in the payment system. In case of failure and delay of payment more than for an hour, contact technical support.
• We cannot guarantee that the offer you have chosen will not disappear while you are replenishing your personal account, but in this case we guarantee that the funds will remain in your account and you will be able to choose another offer or withdraw funds from the system.
• To replenish your personal account, you must log in to the website and go to the account replenishment page. After selecting the replenishment amount you will be redirected to the payment system website to pay the invoice.
• Withdrawal of funds from a personal account is possible at any time to the available systems. Withdrawal of unused funds is possible no earlier than 5 days from the moment they arrive to your account in the system.
• In most cases, withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes, but delays of up to 3 business days are possible. Withdrawal of unused funds is possible only 5 days after they are credited to the account.
